Group event at the St. Francis Xavier church to volunteer serving food to the homeless.
We will be meeting by the front of the church.
The tasks involved will be putting hot meals on plates and trays, working at food stations giving out extra coffee, bread, water, etc., washing, rinsing, and drying trays, giving out clothing to those in need, cleaning the tables and chairs and sweeping the floors.
Please wear something comfortable such as a t-shirt and jeans, full aprons and hairnets wll be provided, which is needed to worn for this volunteer project, if you prefer not to wear a hairnet, please wear a cap, bandana, or some other type of hat.
Nearest train station is 14th Street (F,V Trains)

    This was a great meet up Laura. The Soup Kitchen was very well organized and I met a lot of nice genuine people. Awaiting the next meetup.
