Want to gather a group of friends of animals to brainstorm ways of getting donors to help set up mobil animal neutering units to spay & neuter animals in all neighborhoods for free or low cost. Want to get veternarians to help also. Goal is to eliminate needless euthanizations in all shelters. Broward cnty already has a mobil unit but not enough!
