The Boston Minstrel group envisions a world where interactive singing inspires healing, harmony and hope. For 21 years we have been bringing the transformative power of music to people living in shelters and prisons in the greater Boston area. We are a group of 100+ volunteer singers and musicians who get together for about 40 "songfests" a year. Singles and married singers and musicians are welcome.

We pick up trash in Boston. We put up fliers to discourage littering and encourage responsibility in neighborhoods.
