A nonprofit organization, Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and of adults with disabilities by establishing and supporting one-to-one relationships with professionally matched, caring volunteers. The Boston Minstrel group envisions a world where interactive singing inspires healing, harmony and hope. For 21 years we have been bringing the transformative power of music to people living in shelters and prisons in the greater Boston area. We are a group of 100+ volunteer singers and musicians who get together for about 40 "songfests" a year. Singles and married singers and musicians are welcome.
