This group was started so that the atheists in the upstate could give back to the community. We do volunteer work, community service, food drives, and we are about to adopt a highway. This is not only a great group for giving back to the community, but it also makes it easier for like-minded people to meet and socialize. This group is open to all atheists, agnostics, humanists, etc.  We often do our volunteering or community service on alternating Sundays.

Concerned Citizens for Animals (CCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting animal welfare through public education, low cost pet sterilization assistance, and feral cat colony support. We also provide health care and a temporary haven at a no-kill shelter for homeless animals upon a space-available basis and are dedicated to finding loving permanent homes for the homeless animals in our care.
